These terms
By using Vytley you agree to these terms. If you are creating invitations on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are allowed to do so.
Vytley is being improved in the open. Features described on this site may change.
Your account and your event
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you publish on an invitation, and for having permission to contact the people on your guest list.
You keep ownership of your content — your names, wording, photographs and guest list remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host and deliver them.
Guest data
When you upload a guest list you are the controller of that data. You confirm you have a lawful basis for sharing it with us, and you agree not to use Vytley to send unsolicited marketing.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vytley to send unlawful, deceptive or harassing content, to impersonate anyone, or to misrepresent a religious or cultural tradition in a way intended to offend.
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
Payment and refunds
Packages are charged once per event. Nothing is charged until you send your invitation. A draft you never send costs nothing, and you can walk away from it at any time.
When you send, you ask us to deliver the invitation immediately. You agree that the usual 14-day cooling-off right for distance contracts ends at that point, because the invitation has been issued. Your rights if the service is not as described still apply.
After we have taken payment for a send, we do not refund for a change of mind — guest links have gone out. If we cannot provide the service you paid for, or the invitation is not as described, we refund you in full. Write to hello@vytley.com; we will refund within 14 days of agreeing the claim. These terms do not take away your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Availability
We work to keep Vytley available and passes updating, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Wallet passes remain readable on a guest's device even if the service is temporarily unavailable.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
For anything else, our liability arising from a given event is limited to the amount you paid us for that event.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live.
